Asian Beef Salad

  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts


Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove; let stand 10 minutes. Slice steaks into strips.

Divide greens between four plates. Top with onion wedges and steak. Drizzle Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing over salad; sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts.

Tip: You can also grill the steaks. Make extra on the weekend to enjoy this salad during the week.
