Spicy Seafood Fiesta Salad

  • 2 romaine hearts torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 6 medium mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce or to taste
  • 1 pound cooked large shrimp (21/25 per pound)
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat or imitation crab meat


Toss romaine, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and olives in salad bowl. Add Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing and pepper sauce; toss gently to coat with dressing. Divide salad between four plates; top with shrimp and crab.
