Mediterranean Tuna Salad

  • 8 ounces Gemili pasta
  • 12 ounces chunk white tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup Marie’s Creamy Italian Garlic Dressing
  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.

Combine tuna, cucumber, bell peppers, onion and Marie’s Creamy Italian Garlic Dressing; toss gently to coat with dressing.

Divide spinach between four plates; top with pasta. Spoon tuna mixture over pasta; garnish with bacon bits and green onions.
