Foil-Baked Tilapia

  • 1 lb. fresh tilapia
  • ¼ cup Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette 
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Tear off two large pieces of aluminum foil. Place two pieces of tilapia side by side in the center of each foil piece. Brush all sides of fish with Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette. Lightly season each piece with salt and pepper. Fold foil to enclose fish. Place foil packets on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake tilapia for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, unfold foil and gently transfer tilapia to serving plate. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley to serve.
