Lemon Herb Romaine Salad with Grilled Shrimp

  • 10-12 uncooked shrimp, skewered
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese


Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Brush 1 separate tablespoon of Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing onto skewered, uncooked shrimp. Place skewers on hot grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until no longer translucent. In large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with ¼ cup Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve with grilled shrimp.
