Lemon Herb Croutons with Romaine Salad

  • 2 cups bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup & 2-4 tablespoons Marie’s® Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded parmesan cheese


Set broiler to high. In large bowl, toss cubed bread with 2-4 tablespoons Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing until coated. Place bread cubes on sheet pan and place under broiler for about 3 minutes or until browned. In same large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with ¼ cup Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and add croutons to finish.
