Grilled Asparagus With Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

  • 1½ lbs. fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Marie’s Blue Cheese Vinaigrette


Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill asparagus until just tender, about 5 minutes for thick spears, turning once. Drizzle with Marie’s Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. Serve warm or chilled.
