Italian Salami Wrap

  • 4 large sun-dried tomato tortilla wraps
  • 16 thin slices deli salami
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 cups romaine and radicchio lettuce blend
  • ½ cup Marie’s Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ½ cup roasted red pepper strips


In large bowl, toss lettuce with Marie’s Italian Vinaigrette Dressing.  Layer 4 slices salami and 2 slices provolone cheese on each tortilla wrap.  In center, layer salad and roasted red pepper strips on top of cheese.  Roll up tortilla and secure with wooden picks.  Slice on the diagonal to serve.
