Marinated Grilled Shrimp

  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 12 skewers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped basil to garnish


In a large bowl, pour Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette over shrimp until evenly coated.  Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 


Preheat grill medium-high heat.  Thread 3-4 marinated shrimp onto each skewer.  Discard marinade.  Brush grill with oil.  Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.  Place shrimp on grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until opaque.  Arrange skewers on decorative platter and garnish with chopped basil to serve.
