Italian Vegetable Wrap

  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Mediterranean Vinaigrette 
  • 5 flour tortillas, large
  • 5 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 each red, yellow and green peppers, sliced
  • 1 each yellow and green squash, sliced


Combine vegetables and vinaigrette into a bowl to coat, reserving a few tablespoons of the vinaigrette for basting the vegetables on the grill as well as the last step. Grill vegetables, basting with dressing. On a softened tortilla, place grilled vegetables and drizzle with reserve dressing. Roll and slice on the diagonal.
