Marie’s Marinated Pork Chops

  • 1 cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless pork chops
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 20 Cherry tomatoes


Place pork chops in zip-top plastic bag and add ¾ cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.  Let marinate for 30 minutes.  Preheat broiler.  Remove pork from zip-tip bag and discard marinade.  Sprinkle pork evenly with salt and pepper.  Place pork on a foil-lined broiler pan.  Broil 4 minutes on each side or until done.  Serve pork over bed of fresh spinach drizzled with remaining ¼ cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes to garnish.
