Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Marie’s® Strawberry Glaze, divided
  • 8 spongecake dessert cups (for strawberry shortcake), about 1 ounce each
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • Whipped cream


Cut cream cheese into chunks.  Place in blender with sugar,sour cream, milk and ½ cup Marie’s Strawberry Glaze.  Cover and blend until smooth. 


Reserve 8strawberries.  Slice remaining strawberries and toss with ½ cup Marie’s Strawberry Glaze. 


Pull each cake into chunks and place in dessert glass (or wine glass).  Pour about ¼ cup cream cheese mixture over cake in each glass.  Top with sliced berries in glaze.  Garnish with whipped cream and whole berries.  Serve immediately.


Dessert can be madeup to 6 hours ahead.  Garnish with thewhipped cream and whole berries just before serving.


Marie’s Tip:  For an easy snack, make parfaits in clearplastic cups for the kids.
