Chunky Blue Tuna Wrap

  • 12 oz chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • ¾ cup Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 4 cups fresh arugula greens


In a large bowl, combine tuna with Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing and toss well. Add celery, green onions and capers. Salt and pepper to taste. Divide and scoop tuna onto each wrap and top with fresh arugula. Roll up each wrap, secure with a toothpick and slice on the diagonal to serve.
