Asian Shrimp Skewers

  • 2 pounds peeled, deveined shrimp (12 to 15 per lb.), rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


In large bowl, toss shrimp with ¾ cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing. Thread 2-3 shrimp on soaked wooden skewers. Lay shrimp skewers on an oiled grill over high medium-heat and close lid. Cook until shrimp are opaque, about 3 minutes each side. Arrange skewers on a plate and drizzle remaining Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing over cooked shrimp and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to serve.
