Marinated Lamb Kebabs

  • 1 pound boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1 ½ -inch pieces
  • 1 cup Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup Marie’s Caesar Dressing


In a large zip lock bag, marinate the pieces of lamb in Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing for 1 hour and refrigerate.  Heat grill to medium-high.  Thread lamb onto skewers and discard marinade.  Place skewers on hot grill, about 3 minutes each side.  Garnish with a bed of greens and serve with a side Marie’s Caesar Dressing for dipping.
