Caesar Potato Salad

  • 4 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup Marie’s Caesar Dressing
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • ½ cup bacon crumbles


Place cubed potatoes in a large pot and add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Add salt and reduce heat. Cook potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool for 15 minutes. Add Marie’s Caesar Dressing and toss. Add in scallions and bacon crumbles and gently toss again.
