Cedar Plank Salmon with Sesame Ginger

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (4 to 6 oz each)
  • ¾ cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 cedar planks (designed for cooking)


Place salmon in a reclosable plastic bag with Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing and marinate for 1 hour. At the same time, soak cedar planks in water for 1 hour. Heat grill to 400 degrees. Heat the planks on grill for 2 minutes. Place marinated salmon fillets on cedar planks and cover grill. Cook for 15-20 minutes without turning.
