Turkey Reuben

  • 4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • ¼ pound deli-sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup sauerkraut
  • ¼ cup Marie’s Thousand Island Dressing


Heat skillet or griddle on medium.  Butter one side of each slice of bread.  Layer turkey, sauerkraut, and cheese on bread, butter side down in pan.  Generously spread Marie’s Thousand Island Dressing on top slice and place on cheese.  Heat with sandwich press for 5 minutes then flip for additional 3 minutes until cheese is melted.   Serve warm.
