Chipotle Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1½ pounds
  • 1/3 cup Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing, plus additional for serving
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Marinate chicken in 1/3 cup Marie’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from dressing; discard used dressing. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer registers 165ºF. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Serve chicken with Marie’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing spooned over each serving. Sprinkle with cilantro.
