Caprese Salad

  • 1 pound ripe red tomatoes
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup Marie’s Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette 
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


Slice tomatoes and mozzarella about the same thickness (1/4- to 1/3-inch thick). Alternate with whole, fresh basil leaves on a platter. Drizzle with Marie’s Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve at room temperature.
