Creamy Chipotle Fish Tacos

  • 1 pound fish fillets, such as halibut, tilapia or ahi tuna
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas*, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped


Coat fish with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill fish 5 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness, or just until fish is cooked through.

Divide fish among tortillas. Top with cabbage, salsa and a squeeze of lime. Drizzle with Marie’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing. Sprinkle with cilantro. (If corn tortillas are very thin, double the amount and use two per taco.)
