Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Burger

  • ¾ cup Marie’s Lite CreamyRanch Dressing, divided
  • 1 cup shreddedcheese
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 4 large Portabella mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 4 burger rolls or Kaiser rolls
  • 1 bunch basil, shredded
  • 8 pieces roasted red or yellow bell pepper (half of 15-ounce jar)


Combine 1/4 cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing, shredded cheese, cream cheese and green onion; set aside

Brush mushrooms with some of the Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette.  Grill, brushing with remaining Balsamic Vinaigrette while grilling.  Remove mushrooms from grill; place rounded side up on paper towels to drain.

Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.  Spread bun bottoms with remaining Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing; top with basil.  Add stuffed mushroom and top with roasted peppers and bun top.  Serve immediately.
